Books, availability, and outside services

User submissions

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

These rules will apply to books purchased directly from PaperCuts Publishing. Purchases made through Amazon or another retailer are governed by that retailer’s shipping and return policies.

Processing and shipping

Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times will be displayed before payment. Processing estimates begin after payment is confirmed and do not include carrier delays, weekends, holidays, preorders, or special signing requests. A shipment confirmation will be provided when tracking is available.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Once an order has shipped, an address change may not be possible. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Damage, loss, or incorrect items

If an order arrives damaged or the wrong item is received, contact PaperCuts Publishing within seven days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the claim and, when verified, arrange a replacement or refund. Carrier investigations may be required for packages marked delivered but not received.

Returns and cancellations

Unsigned physical books in new, unread condition may be requested for return within fourteen days of delivery. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Signed, personalized, clearance, and digital products are final sale except where required by law or when the wrong or damaged item was supplied. An order may be cancelled for a full refund only before it enters fulfillment.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control how long the credit takes to appear. Final prices, fulfillment times, shipping territory, and return instructions will be confirmed before direct ordering opens.

Readers are welcome to submit honest reviews. A positive opinion is never required. Reviews are moderated before publication so the website can remain useful, respectful, and free from spam.

What a review should include
