A writer for the streets—because he knows what the streets take, what they teach, and what it costs to leave them.

Born and raised in Cincinnati, Romie writes from lived understanding. After returning home from prison in 2013, he chose fatherhood, rebuilding, and the page. His fiction carries the weight of real decisions without turning real people into spectacle.

The mission is bigger than one book: build a Cincinnati literary universe, publish stories that recognize his readers, and create a lane for voices too often edited out of their own truth.
